Cleaning Process

First, we identify what material the rug is made out of and the soil level. To remove dust and dirt from the fibers, we thoroughly vacuum the rug. Then, we pre-treat the rug by spraying a special cleaning solution to release any trapped contaminants, brightening the colors. The rug is then agitated with a soft-bristled electric brush to loosen anything deeply embedded in the fibers. We steam clean the rug using between 100-300psi and 150°F water to extract contaminants through high pressure and heat. Afterwards, we dry vacuum and place high-velocity fans on the rug to speed along the evaporation process.
